التوظيف الدينى وأثره علي التعليم في إسرائيل

يسهم التعليم في بناء وصياغة المنظومة القيمية والسلوكيه التى تميز مجتمع عن آخر, وهي المعيار المحدد بين التقدم والتخلف, فالتعليم ليس مجرد منهاج حياة شامل, وليس مجرد اسلوب تلقين ونقل المعلومات, ولكنه يتأثر بحياة الانسان منذ ولادته وحتي مماته, فالتعليم يقوى ويعزز القيم الديمقراطية في حرية الرأى والتعددية السياسية, وتفجير القدرات الابداعية للانسان , مما يؤثر في العملية الديمقراطية والنهوض بمقدرات التعليم حياة الانسان والنهوض بمقدرات التعليم , وفي المقابل نستطيع القول بأن أبعاد الديمقراطية تجعل العملية التعليمية بعيدة عن مسارها الطبيعي, وهذا كله يؤثر في تصنيف الشعوب أن كانت متأخرة أو متقدمة, فإن معياروفي سياسية دافعة وحاضنة ومشجعة للإبداع العقلي توفر له كل مقومات الإبداع, والعكس صحيح توجد أيضا بيئات حاضنة لإجهاض الديمقراطيات والحريات التى توفر لها كل مقومات القهر والاستبداد, فبقدر ممارسة هذه الحقوق والحريات تُقدر وتُطلق قدرة العقل علي التفكير.
فلنعلم أن التعليم والإعلام هما من يصنعا الديمقراطية وهما من يعزز ثقافتها وقيمها, وهما في الوقفت نفسه من يعزز ثقافة الاستبداد والحكم المطلق,وهوما يؤثرعلي احترام وأدمية الإنسان والشعوب ,والأخذ في الاعتبارالانفتاح علي ثقافة الآخرين وحضارتهم, كما أن القيم الدينية والأثر الديني لهما نفس التأثيرعلي المجتمع والفكر اليهودي .
