Perspective on innovation governance: challenges and dilemmas

This research aims to investigate the employees’ perceptions towards challenges and dilemmas of applying innovation governance and investigate significant differences between the four groups that that represent innovation governance challenges in the opinions of employees at Ministry of Local Development. And there are no significant differences between the three groups that represent innovation governance dilemmas in the opinions of employees at Ministry of Local Development. The research adopted the philosophy of positivism, the deductive approach, and the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis as the research methodology. The instrument utilized for data collection was the questionnaire. Consequently, (390) usable questionnaires were collected electronically through social media channels. In addition, Using SMART PLS V4.0 to analyze data. The findings reveal that there are significant differences between the means of the four groups that that represent innovation governance challenges in the opinions of employees at Ministry of Local Development. And there aren't significant differences between the means of the three groups that that represent innovation governance dilemmas in the opinions of employees at Ministry of Local Development In addition, this research also has significant practical implications and guidelines, and theoretical implications for researchers who are interested in research variables.

كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المجموعات الأربع التي تمثل تحديات حوكمة الابتكار في آراء الموظفين في وزارة التنمية المحلية. في المقابل، لم تُظهر النتائج فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المجموعات الثلاث التي تمثل مآزق حوكمة الابتكار في آراء الموظفين في الوزارة.
